Description
• Manage small team to perform demand analysis, design, development, test and delivery in software projects.
• Responsible to produce software outline design documents and detailed design documents based on business specifications
• Perform technology selections based on the specific functional and nonfunctional requirements, including selections of software logical architecture, physical architecture, development architecture, data architecture, etc.
• Responsible for coding of the core modules, and perform design, development, test and deployment of these modules independently.

Qualifications
• 5 years or above working experience in large software projects in telecom.
• Excellent knowledge in Java language, familiar with popular open source Java framework , and 3 years or above experience in SHH framework development.
• Excellent knowledge in Linux platform, and good programming skills in Linux environment.
• Excellent knowledge in Oracle SQL/PL SQL, familiar with Oracle architecture, and 3 years or above experience in Oracle/Grid Infrastructure/RAC installation, configuration, optimizing and backup& recovery is preferred.
• Familiar with modeling tools (such as Power Designer, Axure, etc.) and development tools (such as Eclipse, Toad, etc.)
• Familiar with popular project management tools, such as requirement management, version management, problem management, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Familiar with BI analysis tools (such as Essbase, BIEE, etc) , ArcGIS spatial modeling and WebGIS development is preferred.
