Main Responsibilities

l To manage, with the project team, order completion activities to assure quality, profitability and timing targets of the project

l Take action as Project Manager, assort with the whole selling process, cooperation with the relative departments to the risk of warn, evaluation and keep away.

l Provide Project Management large projects, preparation of bids, schedules, order bonds and certificates of insurance, permit applications, order materials, prepare pay requests, Operations and Maintenance manuals (O and M), correspondence with customer and/or consulting engineer, handle disputes and claims, review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices, and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet target profitability.

l Development master list of vendors and subcontractors and prepare bids and quotes including estimating labor and materials as required.

l Managing/ coordinating the project team

l Customer satisfaction as regards the order completion

l Risk Management

l Supervision of on-site activities.
