岗位职责：

1.管理设计部门，制定部门营业额标准及引导部门完成营业额；

2.负责公司各方面推广及部署推广策略，并进行实施和管理；

3.计划、制定、参与及协助上级领导执行公司相关政策和制度；

4.负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

5.汇总项目信息，跟踪项目进度，协调项目资源。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历；

2.三年及以上装饰设计管理经验；

3.具有独特的分析和解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通技巧和组织能力；

4.勇于承受工作责任和压力。
