职位职能: 客服专员/助理(非技术) 网站营运专员
职位描述:

职位要求：


1、中专以上学历，1年以上装修公司搜房网络客服工作经验（优秀毕业生亦可)，熟悉BBS；有较强的销售意识、服务意识和市场开拓能力。
2、负责网络论坛推广、营销；在BBS进行发帖、回帖、跟帖，通过QQ、MSN等方式与客户在线沟通，预约客户。
3、良好的工作心态和职业操守，踏实、稳重、灵活，较强的团队意识；
4、工作积极主动，有很强的抗压能力和良好的心理素质；喜欢网络聊天，对工作充满激情；性格外向，乐观热情，责任心强，具有较强的沟通能力、公关能力和谈判能力。
5、善于在网络上收集客户及相关市场资料，开发新客户；
6、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件。
