职位描述
居康（上海）实业有限公司致力于打造一流的按摩器和健身器材品牌，立志成为按摩和健身行业领跑者！诚聘有志于按摩、健身器材行业销售精英，携手创建“健康给力生活”！岗位薪资参考：5000元-15000元，可以面谈。
岗位职责：
1、根据全国区域市场发展和公司的战略规划，协助总经理制定总体销售战略、销售计划及量化销售目标；
2、制定全年销售费用预算，完成公司下达的销售任务；
3、制定销售额、市场覆盖率、市场占有率等各项评价指标；
4、分解销售任务指标，制定、调整销售运营政策；
5、组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场问题；
6、协调销售关系，调整销售区域布局及业务评价。
7、负责公司外部媒体关系拓展及维护，有效进行对外宣传；
8、组织实施公司VI、广告、宣传册的制作、修改、发布；
9、负责行业展会参展前的准备工作，以及现场的组织协调；
10、收集行业竞争对手信息，协助公司领导进行市场分析，编写市场营销方案；
11、领导安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、市场营销、企业管理、广告学专业或相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、受过市场营销、产品知识、产业经济、公共关系、管理技能开发等方面的培训；
3、3年以上企业销售管理工作经验，熟悉宣传渠道；
4、性格外向，思维敏捷，创新意识强；
5、有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，具备较强的沟通能力、组织协调、管理能力、策划能力；
6、可接受出差。
