职位描述
要求：
- 服装纺织专业类本科毕业；
- 熟练应用中文和英文，英语要求四级以上。
相关经验：
- 5－15年在知名企业工作经验，至少2－3年相关行业类似职位工作经验；
- 了解所有种类的编织和针织面料以及质量检控的专业知识；
- 了解最新的面料价格；
- 有丰富的各种供应商的联系方式；
- 曾去过中国各地的布料工厂。
能力／职责：
- 与市场部紧密联系以知晓买家对于原材料的要求, 基于他们的要求，在规定的时间范围内找到准确合适的供应商并获得报价；
- 基于质量、顺应性以及过去的成绩，对现有和新增的供应商做出评价；
- 每日跟踪订单状态，比如提交的织法、针数、纱线和样布，以及保持制定时间和工作表以保证交货时间；
- 时常更新供应商／卖主数据库及其安全性；
- 定期访问评价供应商基地；
- 时常接触供应商并讨论送货和质量问题，以及给予他们适当的反馈意见加以改善；
- 制定适时的布料数据库。

Minimum Qualifications:
Textile Bachelor Degree Graduate;
Language known: English & Chinese;
English requires: Cert 4.
Relevant Experience:
5-15 years of work experience in reputed companies & Minimum 2-3 years to have been worked in a similar position;
Technical Knowledge of all kinds of woven & knitted fabrics & Quality control;
Up to date knowledge about the fabric suppliers;
Vast contacts of all kinds of fabric suppliers;
Travelled all fabric mills in all parts of China.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To interact with Marketing department to know Buyer's raw material requirements. Based on their requirements, identify right suppliers within the required time frame & get price quotation;
To evaluate existing and new suppliers and grade them based on quality, compliance and past performances;
To follow up order status on daily basis like submission of Labdip, deskloom, knitdown and sample yardage and maintain Time & Action Chart in order to meet delivery date;
Always keep on increasing supplier/vendor data bank and to maintain data bank safely;
To visit to supplier premise to evaluate periodically;
To meet and discuss with supplier about issue relating to quality and delivery and give them proper feedback to improve time to time；
To arrange library of season wise collection of fabric.
