• 本科毕业；
• 熟练应用中文和英文，英语要求四级以上。

• 5－15年在知名企业工作经验，至少2－3年相关行业类似职位工作经验；
• 了解所有种类的服装辅料及装饰品配件的专业知识；
• 了解最新的辅料价格；
• 有丰富的各种供应商的联系方式；
• 曾去过中国各地的辅料工厂。

• 与市场部紧密联系以知晓买家对于原材料的要求, 基于他们的要求，在规定的时间范围内找到准确合适的供应商并获得报价；
• 基于质量、顺应性以及过去的成绩，对现有和新增的供应商做出评价；
• 每日跟踪订单状态，比如提交的柜台样品、开发样本、预定图样和批量生产，以及保持制定时间和工作表以保证交货时间；
• 检查样品和批量生产质量，并且保证在发货前产品能满足买家对辅料质量的标准要求；
• 时常更新供应商／卖主数据库及其安全性；
• 定期访问评价供应商基地；
• 时常接触供应商并讨论送货和质量问题，以及给予他们适当的反馈意见加以改善；
• 制定适时的辅料数据库。

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Graduate;
• Language known: English & Chinese;
• English requires: Cert 4.

Relevant Experience:

• 5-15 years of work experience in reputed companies & Minimum 2-3 years to have been worked in a similar position;
• Technical Knowledge of all kinds of garments accessories;
• Up to date knowledge about the Trims prices;
• Vast contacts of all kinds of Trims suppliers;
• Travelled all Trim suppliers in all parts of China.

Skills/Responsibilities:

• To interact with Marketing department to know Buyer's raw material requirements. Based on their requirements, identify right suppliers within the required time frame & get price quotation;
• To evaluate existing and new suppliers and grade them based on quality, compliance and past performances;
• To follow up order status on daily basis like submission of counter sample, development sample and sampling order, bulk order production and maintain Time & Action Chart in order to meet delivery date;
• Inspect Quality of sample, bulk production & ensure that quality of trims meet buyer's standards before delivery;
• Always keep on increasing supplier/vendor data bank and to maintain data bank safely;
• To visit to supplier premise to evaluate periodically;
• To meet and discuss with supplier about issue relating to quality and delivery and give them proper feedback to improve time to time；
• To arrange library of season wise collection of trims.
