Responsibilities:

· Responsible on managing the Customer Service team, assigned to them for their work-related and personal expectations on a daily basis
· Providing guidance and direction to the team in meeting and achieving the Goals and objectives of the department
· Proactively review the problematic & shippable backlog, order in Reject & Error, Order change activity
· Work with Sales team to review service performance for key customers to identity opportunity for improvement
· Perform ah hoc report

Requirements:

· At least 5 years’ of working experience in managing customer services preferable in Garment Accessories of which 2 years are in a supervisor level
· Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
· Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Detail-oriented and result-oriented with strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and Outlook is a definite advantage
· Good Command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
