Responsibilities:

1.安全保管库存现金、财务章、支票和各类税局印制的发票等票据；保证日常办公现金充足；

Keep cash, financial stamp, cheques and various legal invoices safely. Make sure the sufficient cash flow.

2.记录现金、银行日记账，并及时录入财务系统中；做到日清月结、帐实一致；

Make daily cash / bank journal and keep clear accounts in financial system.

3.根据公司报销制度审核员工报销

Check and release employees’ reimbursement timely and accurately.

4.每月初将上月的银行对账单和银行日记账核对一致，如果有不一致，编制银行余额调节表附在银行对账 单之后归档成册；

Check the bank statement monthly . Report the bank balance.

5.除每月25号至次月5号期间，根据同事发送的各类发票的开票申请及时开具增值税发票和其他各类发票；

Issue VAT Invoices & other invoices according to the invoice application to insure the accuracy. Keep file of the monthly invoices list together with the void invoices.

6.安排月度同事公寓房租和电话费账单的支付；

Arrange the payment of colleagues’ apartment rental and telephone bill monthly.

7.负责应收账款、应付账款的统计，督促回款；

Take charge of monthly financial reports: Account Receivable, Account Payable. And push to collect the payments from the customers.

8.按照财务凭证的顺序准确整理原始凭单，并和部门同事一起装订成册；

Keep monthly voucher filing accurately according to the voucher orders.

9.其他简单的涉税事项处理，比如购买印花税票等；

Other simple tax issues, for example buying stamp taxes.

10.部门经理安排的其他内容；

Other issues required by manager.

Position Qualifications:

1.一年以上出纳相关工作经验；

More than 1 year related working experience.

2.品行端正，思路清晰，有条理，认真仔细，积极主动并愿意承担工作职责；

Good personality, organized, carefully, initiative and would like to take the responsibilities.

3.良好的英语听说读写能力；

Be fluent in oral, writing, listening and reading in English.

4.大学本科学历，财务专业或相关领域专业优先；

Bachelor degree, major in financial or the related field is preferred.
