1.The facility layout design and improvement support 生产线布局和改善支持

4.New injection tool design review supporting .new injection tool approval support and get the tool book from supplier. 新模具设计评审支持，新模具批准支持，建立模具书

5. change request and change notice management and open the check list,and feed back to Germany side after confirming and signiture by relatived staff 工程更改管理和确认

6.Process parameter setting and new tool test try,guage and fixture spec. 工艺过程控制参数设置和试模；工装夹具、检具的设计规范

8.ERP system runing for master data. BOM, and work progress sheet. ERP工艺数据管理

9.Process cycle time anlysis工艺定额分析

10.Process feasibilty study .工艺可行性研究

11.Communicate with Germany and Suplier. 与德国及供应商交流

12.Tool repairing cost review supporting.支持模具修理费用的审核

13.Report to maintenance manager and finish the temporary job from management team 向部门经理汇报，并完成部门分配的临时任务

14.Create new equipment spec. and communicate with suplier to improvement.新设备的设计规范建立于供应商沟通并执行

15.Equipment improve spec. and communicate with suplier to improvement.设备改造的设计规范建立于供应商沟通并执行

Professional experience 工作经验

Minium 5 years profesional experiences:至少5年以上工作经验

1.Min 3 years of automotive industry experience至少三年汽车行业工作经验

2.Min 3 years Proecss Engineering 至少三年工艺工程师工作经验

3.2D and 3D technique drawing creating 2D 和3D技术图纸建立

4.PFMEA and OEE PFMEA 编制，设备全局效率管理

5.Familiar with injection moulding process. 熟悉注塑模具流程

Other 其他

1.fluent wrinting and speaking skill of English or German language 英语或德语听说写流利
