To provide Highest Level of service in the health club and swimming pool to the guests, ensuring safe and hazard free areas in order to achieve highest level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high individual morale.

-Take complete responsibility for hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the area and equipment of operation to meet Hotel standards
-Performs duties of a life guard at the swimming pool/mans the reception desk at the Health Club or Swimming pool/assists guest in the Gym and ensures the proper usage of gym equipment
-Provides helpful, friendly, prompt personalized service to guests
-Ensure effective utilization of resources under his/her control
-Provides prompt and courteous service to all guests

Hiring Qualifications:
-Fluent in Mandarin and English
-Thorough knowledge of swimming
-Basic knowledge of physical fitness
-Basic knowledge of nutrition and diet
-Pleasing personality with good physical condition
-Knowledge of safety requirements
