职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Answer the telephone and transfer professionally, operate fax machine and related communications equipment;

2. Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination;

3. Receiving and registering all incoming/outgoing posts including express;

4. Purchasing and recording office supplies;

5. Hotel and air tickets reservation;

6. Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to office;

7. Assist with daily office cash work;

8. File contracts, invoices and related documentation;

9. Any other duties as assigned by HR manager.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in English, law or accounting preferred

2. Related working experience is a plus

3. Excellent command of both oral & written English

4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

5. Professional business writing for both in Chinese and English

6. Open, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, self initiative, ability to work independently
