Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Law (上海圣信律师事务所) (http://www.eunacon.cn/law) is a licensed Chinese Law firm under German management specialized in commercial law and advice:

1. The investments of foreign companies in China ("China Inbound”)
2. The business activities in China of companies found by foreign investors in China ("China - For China")
3. Investments and IPOs of Chinese companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands ("China Outbound")

As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated


Senior Associate (Legal)


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct general legal analysis
2. Review and drafting of legal documents, agreements, especially transaction documents and general commercial contracts
3. Conduct legal due diligence
4. Participate in all aspects of commercial and financial transactions
5. Project management


Requirements:

1. At least 5 years working experience with a foreign law firm in China and/ or a top PRC law firm
2. Profound knowledge in PRC regulatory/approval issues
3. PRC bar qualified
4. Minimum LLB degree from a leading Chinese law school
5. Solid experience in labor law, transaction, M&A, and IPR
6. Familiar with western business practice
7. Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English
8. Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and good communication/interpersonal skills, proactive, hard working attitude
9. Proficient in MS Office Applications
