Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Law (上海圣信律师事务所) (http://www.eunacon.cn/law) is a licensed Chinese Law firm under German management specialized in commercial law and advice:

1. The investments of foreign companies in China ("China Inbound”)
2. The business activities in China of companies found by foreign investors in China ("China - For China")
3. Investments and IPOs of Chinese companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands ("China Outbound")

Legal Assistant/Intern
Part-Time (4 days a week)
Location: Shanghai Pudong District)Responsibilities:

？ Conduct general legal analysis
？ Review and drafting of legal documents, agreements, especially transaction documents and general commercial contracts
？ Conduct legal due diligence on clients

Requirements:

？ Master/Bachelor degree in Law, PRC bars qualification.
？ Familiar with western business practice preferred
？ Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English;
？ Can do attitude, willing and quick to learn
？ Good team player, cooperative, responsible, and strong accountability;
？ Good communication/interpersonal skills
？ Good personality, cheerful, hard-working, open-minded
？ Willing to have work overtime If requested
？ Can work under pressure
