◆ Develop real-time control software which will control precision process machines in semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry;
负责开发用于半导体制造产业的精密工艺设备的实时控制软件系统;
◆ Design and implement C++ module ;
负责C++模块的设计和实施;
◆ Be responsible for the maintenance of the software system, including solving problems of the software system at customer site.
负责软件系统的维护包括客户现场的软件系统故障的分析和排除;
◆ Supervise and direct C++ Software Engineers in Software Engineering team ;
负责及指导软件工程部门的C++软件工程师的工作;


◆ Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent;
计算机或相关专业大学本科以上;
◆ At least 5 years of industry experiences in C++ programming skills;
5年以上C++编程经验;
◆ Deep understanding of designing modular and object-oriented applications, familiar with COM/ATL;
熟悉COM/ATL编程;
◆ Be familiar with TCP/IP programming, XML file format and related XML file reading and writing components ;
熟悉TCP/IP编程，XML文件格式以及读写的构件;
◆ Experiences in serial communication programming (RS232, 485) is preferrable, experience with Finite State Machine is also a plus;
有串口编程经验或FSM经验者优先考虑;
◆ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
精通故障排除及程序调整;
◆ Ability to work directly with QA and Product Marketing teams;
能直接与QA及产品营销团队合作;
◆ Excellent communication skills, both English and Chinese;
良好的中英文交流能力;
◆ Willingness to learn and to teach.
