Job Description:

--General Ledger
-to ensure the correctness of GL master accounts
-to ensure all GL documents are booked correctly
-to eusure monthly accruals and provisions are booked correctly
-to ensure monthly personnel costs are booked correctly in the cost centre and cost element analysis of GL accounts

--Cost elements / Cost Centre Accounting
-to ensure all expenses, GL and tax related documents are booked in the correct cost element and cost centre

--Taxation
-to ensure the correctness of all invoices and gold tax system
-to ensure monthly and yearly tax declaration are made correctly and on time
-to ensure all export VAT are declared correctly and in time responsible for transfer pricing documentations responsible for R&D expenses tax free application
-to mantain good relationship with tax authorities responsible for non trade payments to oversea
-to ensure there is no tax risks for the company
-to be familiar with the new tax regulations

--Monthly SAPR3 and SAP SEM Reports
-to ensure all SAPSEM Reports are finished correctly and punctually (adherence to the deadline)

--Other tasks
-requirments from LEONI Germany, CCS, LESS Management and from other dept.
-communication with auditors / tax auditors.

Requirements:

-bachelor degree in Finance,accounting
-F&A or economy related
-Finance/accounting or economist
-3+ years occupation experience
-good at both oral and written English
-good at Excel PPt,etc.
-professional certificated prefered
