Job Description:

-Attend the project meeting and act as the member of project functional team

-Propose the reasonable ordering qty according to project requirement

-Manual/System ordering materials for new project by different channels (sister companies, suppliers, etc.)

-Regular material status review with project team to ensure the material availability

-Escalate and find the solution for material bottleneck

-Handling the PCR, and deal with the obsolete materials

-Checking & monitoring of incoming/outgoing goods in special “new project warehouse”

-Aspplication of invoice verification/payment if necessary

-Inventory & cost control

-Define & explain the Leoni Standard Procurement Process to new suppliers

-Problem shooting for exist suppliers and optimize the business process with them

-For new Leoni Plant, ensure all suppliers are ready to accept regular order from plant procurement team

-EDI connection establish and help procurement team to do the test

Requirements:

-College above, major in commercial, logistics

-Appropriate experience of 1+ years desirable

-Travelling

-Good at English or/and German

-Organizational skill

-Team work
