职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for planning and organizing events/meetings, as well as operational, implementation and post-meeting activities
2、Pre-event and onsite communication with visitors or clients
3、Coordinate and scheduling each of the department helping with the event
4、Determine fiscal requirement and prepare budgetary recommendations
5、Present and deliver accurate information that in maintaining organization brand
6、Follow up the implementation of the mandate, and report to the Director
7、Take the initiative and deal with problems and potential crises


Requirements:
1、Graduation with bachelor or above;
2、At least 1 year experience as secretary in foreign companies; with experience in supporting foreigners is preferred;
3、Able to burden high pressure and take heavy workload;
4、Proficient in MS Office(Word、Excel、Powerpoint);
5、Good sense of service with approachability.
