Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

?Managing teams of various industries values chain
?Assisting in generating and managing business leads.
?Managing business relationship with key accounts, business associates, government agencies and partnership.
?Developing and managing key business processes for
oCustomer satisfaction program
oProject Quality management
oInternal and external resource allocation
oIncentive / motivation for sales team
?Provide coaching / leadership within the consulting and ICIS China structure
?Leading role in client engagements
?Delivering against the business targets
?Leveraging resources available in a global and functionally led organisation
?Coaching, mentoring and instructing junior analytics team members to enable efficient project delivery and prepare them for more senior engagement


Key skills required:

?Strong initiative, self-starter and willingness to learn in an information business environment
?Skilled in Office and high degree of IT literacy
?Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
?Ability to rationalise, solve and communicate answers to complex problems
?Ability and desire to see and appreciate the big picture in chemical, refining and energy business segments
?Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple assignments
?Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
?Conflict management skills


Experience required:

?10 Sales management experience in leading a sales team in a multi-nationals corporation environment.
?Recent consulting experience at a senior level of influence is critical.
?Breadth of experience is more important than specialism in a specific area.
?Significant experience in the petrochemical industry (15 years+) is desired with exposure to commercial operations, business planning, financial analysis, marketing and industry-wide analysis
?A higher degree in a relevant technical subject and MBA is preferred.
