Leader of the Project Team and follow New Product Introduction Process from design feasibility study until the release into mass production of Mechanical products manufactured through Stamping, Die casting, Extrusion and other mechanical process.
Metal parts project management & mould development follow up:
· Define and validate the product manufacturing process flowchart.
· Analyze the parts & tooling’s quotations.
· Organize and lead project kick-off meeting and review meetings.
· Prepare, follow up and communicate the Master Planning and the Mould manufacturing planning to customer.
· Analyze the products quality and functional specifications with project team.
· Submit design feasibility reviews to customer.
· Validate mould/Tooling drawings and submit them to customer.
· Define product assembly methods with project team, validate the SOP.
· Establish a list of production equipment and tools with project tame and validate.
· Define final product packaging SOP with Methods engineer and validate.
· Trial run, communicate corrective action plan to customer and organize samples expedition.
· Initial samples expedition and follow up customer validation.
· Ensure technical communication and support with customer.
· Follow the manufacturing process with subcontractors.
Mass Production Technical support:
· Support mass production departments to solve Technical issues.
· Support QC to take decision about new quality issue.
· Assist head of department on taking decisions on Technical issues.
Education & Background:
· Bachelor Degree (or Higher)
· Knowledge in Metal processes: Stamping, Die casting, Extrusion, Machining,…
· Knowledge in Metal processes Moulds/Toolings follow up
· Experience in project management
· Experience in dealing with foreign customers.
· Written and spoken English.
· Be able to use CAD software.
