Job Summary
This position is a core member of new product development team(s), responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans in support of business unit’s strategic objectives. Works on projects of medium complexity and scope. May perform multiple and parallel activities across projects. Works with others on project issues and develops various resolution options

Key Responsibilities
? Takes initiative to define, analyze, and lead implementation of processes that improve project specific manufacturing processes. Continually seeks out improvement opportunities. Works with others to achieve these activities.
? Under general direction, supports the industrialization of new products through the entire introduction process from concept to customer. This includes: working with development engineering to assure optimum design for manufacturability, establishing appropriate manufacturing processes and documentation prior to the start of pilot runs, developing new product costs estimates, performing yield analyses and establishing and implementing corrective action plans where necessary.
? Performs work based on theoretical engineering principles and creative application of related tasks. Applies engineering problem solving skills and familiarity of Rockwell Automation systems to perform duties and responsibilities.
? Bridge the technical support communication and implementation between RA operations and Business units
? Assists in coordinating the industrialization of new products procured from outside suppliers. This would include brand labeling activity and strategic partner co-development.
? Work close with design engineers to insure design for manufacturability concepts are incorporated into designs as being created.
? Work closely with SSO,SQE team on key supplier selection and evaluations to support new product development strategy
? Providing timely and highly quality of CPD deliverables as per project schedule

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 5~7 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering area, it is preferable of NPI experience.
? Good command of English both on oral and written
