1. The MS&S Dealer IT Porfolio Manager is an IT customer relationship management role.
2. The successful candidate will be required to work with Asia Pacific (AP) regional business partners in the Service and Dealer areas to develop an annual IT cycle plan and business plan that matches the global IT portfolio strategy to AP Dealerfacing business requirements. This will require effective engagement with both the business customers and other internal Ford IT areas (Application Development, IT Operations, etc.) to ensure that IT project deployment plans are fully aligned.
3. You will be required to support governance reviews (local/regional/global) to ensure agreement with the IT strategy and priority and work with the business customers to manage the consumption of IT services including the accompanying financials (budget, forecasts).
4. The role requires you to also work closely with global IT peers (portfolio leads) to influence the portfolio strategy in line with AP unique requirements. To do this effectiely, you will need to maintain current state understanding of each AP market’s Dealer facing systems and review regularly to identify change requirements.
5. The candidate is required to have a minimum tertiary degree qualification in Information Technology or another technical area, together with at least 10 years experience working in the IT or automotive industry.
