Role:

1. Visit project sites.
2. Compare site with Construction drawings.
3. Identify problems on site before they occur( eg.Check framing).
4. Attend project meetings.
5. Prepare reports.

The successful candidate should have:

1. 2-3 years relevant working experience.
2. Good project coordination skills.
3. Skilled in understanding construction drawings and site condition.
4. Skilled in examining framing.
5. Skilled in marking up site deviation drawings.
6. Excellent communication skills,including efficient email writing.
7. Mandarin is mandatory,English and Cantonese will be an advantage.

工作职责：

1、查看项目工地；

2、核对工地与图纸是否相符；

3、预防和处理工地施工和设计的误差（例如：检查建筑结构混凝土框架）；

4、参与工程会议；

5、准备进度报告。

申请者应具备：

1、2-3年相关工作经验；

2、良好的项目协调能力；

3、熟悉了解建筑图纸和工地情况；

4、熟悉建筑结构混凝土框架的核查；

5、优秀的沟通协调能力，包括有效率的电子邮件撰写能力；

6、流利的普通话。
