JD/Major Accountabilities

Ensures the general safety of all the members using the Gym, Squash & Tennis courts, locker rooms and the Aerobics room.
确保健身房、壁球馆、网球场、更衣室、瑜伽房秩序井然

To ensure that the areas under their jurisdiction are cleaned and maintained at all times, ready for service anytime.
确保管辖区域内干净整洁，随时随地可供使用

Ensures that all Gym equipment is clean before and after every use.
确保健身房内所有器械在使用前后均干净清洁
Ensures that all Gym equipment are always in good working condition.
确保健身房内所有器械始终完好无故障
Ensures on an hourly basis that all amenities, i.e., the air-conditioning, the TVs, earphones, music and water supply of the Gym, are all working and properly supplied.
每小时巡检各类设施设备如空调、电视机、耳机、音乐、供水等一切正常
Reports to his/her superior immediately any OOO machine or equipment
第一时间向主管报告任何机械或设备故障
Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the Gym Area at all times.
保持健身房区域干净卫生
Ensures that locker rooms are well scrubbed and sanitized and ready for use anytime. Bathroom accessories are well polished and appropriately fixed.
确保更衣室任何时候清洁卫生；浴室设施擦洗光亮、能正常使用
Wet and Dry Sauna areas are working properly and clean. Should the mechanism malfunction, it should be reported and addressed immediately.
确保桑拿区域环境整洁，设备运作正常，如有故障，及时汇报处理
Maintains and checks the cleanliness of the Jacuzzis at all times. Ensures that the jets are working properly.
检查并保持按摩池清洁，确保喷头运作正常
Ensures safety and implements safety precautions in the use of the Gym or any other facilities under his/her jurisdiction.
确保管辖区域内健身房及其他场合人身安全，采取必要措施确保安全第一
Conducts himself/herself professionally in interacting with members/guests.
以专业水准接待会员及客人
Maintains good personal hygiene, good grooming, and healthy appearance at all times.
注重个人卫生、仪容，时刻保持健康形象
Ensures the cleanliness of the Squash Court at all times and ready for use
保持壁球馆干净整洁、随时可用
Ensures the cleanliness of the Tennis Court at all times and ready for use.
保持网球场干净整洁、随时可用
Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the Aerobics Room.
确保瑜伽房干净整洁、秩序井然
In-charge of the various indoor class activities, in partnership with the Club – ensuring that they are carried-out according to schedule.
管理各类与俱乐部合作的室内课程，确保课程按计划开课
In-charge of indoor class bookings.
负责室内课程报名登记
Ensures that all members/guests are properly registered at the Reception prior to any usage of Club Facilities.
确保所有会员或客人在使用任何俱乐部设施设备之前到前台登记
Takes charge of the booking/s of the Tennis & Squash Court, ensuring that there will be no DOUBLE bookings at any given time.
负责网球场和壁球馆的预约登记，避免时间冲突
Reports to his/her Supervisor unusual incidents that might affect departmental operations.
遇特殊事件及时向主管汇报
Ensures that a First Aid Kit is readily available and fully stocked at all times at the Gym Reception.
确保健身房前台始终放有紧急救助箱，各类救助材料库存完备
Must be knowledgeable about First Aid Treatment and CPR.
知道紧急救助及心脏复苏的相关知识
Ensures that rules and regulations of the Recreation Area are strictly implemented.
严谨贯彻健身娱乐部门的条例规范
Reports defects, damage and needed repairs of his area to his superior to ensure that these are addressed.
及时向主管报修，确保各类故障妥善处理
Performs other functions that maybe required by his Superior.
其他根据需要由主管布置的工作
