职位说明：

1．审查图纸以确定测量可行性并向团队提供审查报告；

2．评估设备性能和实验室容量以确保实验室资源满足新项目所需；

3．测量所需的夹具设计，与团队协作在测量前确保夹具可供使用；

4．对实验室技术员进行测量知识培训；

5．以产品介绍计划为基础安排测量时间以确保IM&TE技术员根据客户需求完成零件测量；

6．作为团队成员谈话员解答测量技术问题；

7．说明测量结果并和相关方就违规行为进行必要讨论；

8．组织、发展并持续改进计量过程，员工技能和技术。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，机械，机电，计量专业；

2. 语言技能（英语）：能读会写，可阅读说明书、信件和备忘录，能够有效地面对面或以小团队形式与客户、委托方等沟通；3. 有5-7年的机械实验室经验和专业计量知识；

4. 负责质量技术和检查的优秀领导才能；

5. 有上进心，能够圆满完成分配的任务；

6. 掌握操作基本测量器材和仪器（OGP，CMM）技能；

7. 了解几何尺寸和公差（GD&T）；

8. 掌握MSA， SPC，PPAP质量工具（优先考虑）；

9. 了解ISO/TS 16949。
