职位描述

Job Description:
- Primary coordinator for the Retail Store GM and his leadership team’s travel, logistics planning and to manage the team’s business calendar.
- Coordinate with Subsidiary leadership team and Corp HQ team’s office admins to align on key business events and travel calendars. Streamline the team’s meeting plan considering multiple time zones and complex travel schedules.
- Responsible for all exec travel briefing packages: assist to put together the travel pack including agenda, presentations and logistics information for each trip visit
- Retail Store GM and the team’s pre-meeting setup. VTC Testing, room setup, presentation consolidation and printouts. Where appropriate, attend the meeting to take notes and track action log status.
- Daily, lunch/snack/Coffee arrangement as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of team offsites or launch events where appropriate.
- Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Support the tracking of operating expenses.
- Provides general office support. Facility management. Serves as the department/group contact.
- Researches and completes special projects as assigned.


Job Requirement:
- 4 to 6 years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced, senior management level administrative capacity in a multi-national corporation.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of management; demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
- Must be proactive, able to deal with ambiguity, self-prioritize work resources, and juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team.
- Must have the ability to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group that involve contact at all levels of management.
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
- Able to work collaboratively with other internal and external administrative and CS assistants within the team and across the company.
- Ability to be entrusted with the knowledge and handling of confidential information. Should be detail oriented and extremely organized.
- Strong verbal and written English & Mandarin ability is required.
- Extensive knowledge of and proficiency with MS products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HeadTrax.
- BS preferred.
- Microsoft experience preferred.
- Overtime and domestic travel may be required as appropriate.
