Overview
Accenture GTIN China is a unique part of the organization of Accenture Management Consulting (AMC). It aims to strengthen the management consulting talent available to all geographies, service lines, and industry practices. We have built and deployed a unique distributed consulting model that leverages the talent in our global centers and embeds them effectively in local onshore / offshore teams. GTIN Global has scaled to 1200+ consultants, worked on 1200+ chargeable and recoverable projects, with 49 Accenture Diamond and 44 Fortune Global 100 clients.
Currently we are seeking analyst, consultant, and manager level supply chain professionals with industrial, and/or consulting experience in
S&P (Sourcing & Procurement) - Strategic Sourcing, Sourcing Analytics,LCCS, Product Cost Management, and Process Standardization & Design
Order Fulfillment - Fulfillment Transformation, Network Strategy Solution, Order to Cash, Transportation, Warehousing, and Reversed Logistics
SPS (Strategic Planning Services) - Supply Chain Transformation, SC Performance Assessment, Profit Sales & Operation Planning, Functional Planning & Solution, Supply Chain Configuration, and Supply Chain Analytics
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) - PLM Transformation Process, Design to Cost, PI Enablement & PLM, and PMO in a Box
Basic Requirements
All positions require minimum bachelor's degrees, good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.
Detailed requirements for different levels are as the followings
Analyst Level
2-4years of supply chain consulting or industrial experience
Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
Have basic supply chain knowledge, and willingness to learn and grow
Consultant Level
Analyst level requirement
4-7years of supply chain consulting or industrial experience
Strong industry and functional experience in S&P, Fulfillment, SPS, or PLM
Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to "C" level executives.
Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
Maintain good relationships with clients, project PMs and promote GTIN
