Job Description:
The Software Implementation Technology Architect is responsible for overseeing the performance of the project development team and assists supervisors to motivate and monitor the collaboration within the team.
Key responsibilities may include:
Responsible for project development team and co-work with Project Manager, Software Engineer and Quality Assurance team for project development and system architecture.
Lead a development team to design and develop IT solutions that meet customer expectations in quality, timeliness and cost.
Responsible to supervise, motivate and train the development team.
Provide consultancy services to customers on technical requirements and be responsible for design and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain a project plans which, identifies time, resources and cost estimates.
Develop front-end (handheld device) and back-end (office) application for foreign global enterprise company.
Understand the internal work flow of foreign global enterprise company by using our self-developed IDE tools for quick development and deployment.
Travel to foreign customer site to conduct functional workshop.
In charge of performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or post graduate qualification, preferably in IT/Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staffs.
Experienced and able to teach or instruct co-workers (provide advices, training and technical support) in various projects.
Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques, operating systems and standard development tools.
Strong knowledge of software development and experienced in project management.
Familiar with JavaScript, C# Language, C#.Net, AJAX and experienced in web application development.
Have experience in handheld application development for various platform (android, iOS and windows mobile)
Experienced in management and development in MS SQL Server database (T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Trigger, etc.)
Ability to write and communicate fluent English and Chinese.
Must be willing to travel.
