Job description:
1. working from office, on list and system update/maintenance;
2. Understanding and evaluating supplier and factory social compliance systems. Conducting root cause analysis and implementation of effective solutions to support capacity building remediation plans.
3. Supervises day to day work
4. contact with internal team / vendor / factories – CSR affaires
5. work out report/summary to analysis supplier & CSR team performance
6. Participating in strategic initiatives which support program building
7. working site: Shanghai
8. Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed

Job requirement:
- above 3 years working experience on CSR
- Knowledge of local and regional requirements of CSR
- Strong ability to integrate and analysis figures
- Good English writing and speaking
- Accurate / take responsibility
- Good team work spirit and willing to support others
