职位描述：
1、负责西餐的制作和研发，原材料的验收；
2、根据项目经理的要求制作每日的菜系
3、负责菜品的烹制，保证菜品的出品质量和标准
4、项目经理交代的其他的工作任务

职位要求：
1、西餐烹饪专业毕业；
2、有3-5年以上五星级酒店西餐厨师工作背景，精通西餐各种菜肴的制作方法；
3、有较强服务意识，在对顾客提出的各类问题有充分的回答
