主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1.负责生产设备、发泡模具的电气、机械巡检、保养、维修工作。

Responsible for the electricity, equipments/mould checking and maintain.

2.负责新增设备设计评审和验收工作。

Be responsible for the new item of the equipments and mould; adjust to try, check and acceptance.

3.负责生产设备、模具预防性维护计划拉动的备品备件选型和库存设定。备件仓库和模具管理。

Be responsible for choosing spare parts and defining storage level according to TPM plan. Spare parts and mould warehouse management.

4.生产设备及模具备件国产化等技术改进和更新改造工作。

Localization and improvement on spare parts for production equipments and moulds

5.保证实施工艺控制的设备状态。

Assurance implement the equipments appearance that process control.

6.监控设备维护工开展TPM工作。

Monitor TPM conducted by maintainers.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育:本科（机械、自动化专业等相关工程类专业）

Education: Bachelor

经历:5年以上相关工作经验。

Experience：The above related work experience of 2 years

技能Skill:

精通机械设计和加工技术和液压、气动技术

Master in the machine design，processing technologies and hydraulic pressure, pneumatic technique.

熟练运用设备状态监测技术

Familiar with usage the equipments appearances monitor technique

熟悉TS/ISO16949标准

Familiar with standard of TS/ISO16949

团队合作精神和沟通协调能力强，有创新力

Good team spirit and ability of communication and coordination, Have the creative ability

公司目前有两个生产基地，秀浦路基地坐落在上海浦东康桥工业园区，整个厂区包括气囊和气袋制造中心和世界级的技术中心大楼，拥有世界一流的汽车安全系统测试和试验设备，为国内首家配备动态滑道碰撞试验机的汽车安全系统供应商。本公司技术中心不仅能够满足公司自身的安全系统产品的研发需求，同时还将承担国内以及国外主机客户对安全系统产品工程开发的需求，其工程开发业务涵盖亚太地区。临港基地坐落在临港奉贤园区，整个厂区包括方向盘和安全带的制造。公司业务涵盖国内各大主机客户，如上海通用、上海大众、上汽汽车、北京现代、长安福特马自达、一汽大众、江淮汽车、上汽通用五菱、吉利汽车、奇瑞汽车等。公司的产品还出口到欧洲、北美、日本和韩国等地，深受国内外客户的认可。

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.

Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
