任职条件

Job Qualification

1.大学本科学历，机械或电子类专业最佳

Bachelor degree is a must and Mechanism or electronics is preferred.

2.熟悉8D和相关质量改善工具的应用, 熟悉冲压/机加工/焊接/注塑等工艺，能熟悉电镀/SMT工艺最佳

Familiar with 8D and related quality tools, Familiar with stamping/Machining/Welding/Molding process, Familiar with e-plaing/SMT is preferred.

3.3年以上供应商或过程质量管理相关经验

Min 3 years working experience on supplier or process quality control

4.良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的分析问题能力和沟通能力

Good command of written and spoken English, Good analysis and communication ability and team work spirit

工作职责

Job Function

1, 使用各种质量工具去帮助并监督潜在的和已有的供应商，以提高质量保证能力

Help and monitor potential and active suppliers to improve their quality ensurance ability with all quality tools

2, 协助并培训供应商来完成质量问题发生时的根本原因分析并敦促其采取纠正措施

Assist and train suppliers to perform root cause analysis on accessory quality issues and drive suppliers’ corrective actions

3, 协助团队鉴别和评估潜在的和已有的本地供应商,和采购人员一起追求质量、服务和创新的最大化

Assist to identify and evaluate potential and active local suppliers together with team, works closely with sourcing personnel to maximize quality, service and innovation

4, 供应商出货前的预检验和月度报告

Do Pre-shipment inspection on site and monthly quality report.

5, 对本地供应商的过程和体系、质量和可持续性发展进行审核

Performs the process, system, quality and sustainability audit of local suppliers.
