职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for prospecting, proposing, and closing sales to new and existing customers in the People's Republic of China.
2. Assist Director of Sales, PRC with accounts as needed.
3. Provide reports, sales projections, and other documentation as requested; and actively participate in the resolution of any customer problems.
4. Make effective sales calls to existing or prospective customers and grow territory sales volumes through channel partners and maintain appropriate records documenting customer interaction.
5.Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology)
6. Work well independently (in a tight time line), self motivated, and takes initiative.
7. Computer literate with strong ingenuity (strong knowledge in network technologies, LAN/WAN environments, routing, TCP/IP, and components).
8.Manage relationships, at a regional level, with purchasing company accounts, ownership and management companies, distributors etc.
9. Coordinate with Field Techs to optimize the sales opportunities.
10. Evaluate existing and potential customers and concentrate major selling effort on those customers that represent the greatest opportunity for volume growth.

11. Create quarterly and annual action plans based on opportunities identified; actively support sales and technical training needs of existing customers; investigate customer complaints and make recommendations to management.
12. Maintain proficiency on all sales and technical aspects of products.
13. Convey significant developments to management; participate in industry association meetings and trade shows as appropriate; prepare annual sales forecasts.
14. Project a favorable image of The Company when interfacing with the outside community.
15 Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the Sales Department.

Candidates must have:
1. Must be a known high achiever in EMS with the Hospitality industry, or HVAC controls, or related technical service industry.
2.Five (5) years minimum experience in sales and business development management, including responsibility for key accounts, with adequate leadership experience.
3. Selling experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC Controls, or related products.
4. Indepth knowledge of Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC Controls, Hospitality industry, or similar markets.5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a minimum educational level.
6. Willingness to Travel up to 70% within PRC.
7. Must have a clean driving record.
8. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
9 Must have a successful history of managing and growing sales revenues.
10.Must have a demonstrated track record of working under minimal direct supervision.
