Major Responsibilities:

Operation Finance Support:

1 Financial Support to APR Operation Director on DI/PI Divesture Project.

2 Operation Cost Center and HC Plan.

3 Lead APR Operation ACP processes, align Operation Strategy with Business initiatives and SPG Plan.

4 Monthly Operation Cost reporting and issue investigation.

5 Regional Operation projects business case analysis and financial support.

6 Regional Function and Back office projects business case analysis and financial support.

7 Day-to-day financial support to APR Operation Team.

8 Support Operation PR/PO review and approval.

SPG Finance Support (PKG and KSB):

1 Lead ACP planning cycle for PKG and KSB SPG

2 Monthly P&L review and issue investigation.

3 Support APR Regional SPG Leaders on monthly financial forecast review and cluster alignments.

4 Work with Cluster Finance on KSB by Project profitability review.

5 Bridge between WW SPG Finance and Cluster team on Cost/Price query support.

6 Deal financial review and other ad-hoc financial support.

Experience and Skills

1. Bachelor+ Degree, major in finance or accounting

2. 4yr+ Finance experience in multinational company.

3. Experience with ERP system - SAP preferred

4. Logical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills

5. Smart, quick learner and open to changes and challenges.

6. Hands-on and commit to deliver.

7. Fluent English, both verbal and written.

8. Team Player, good communication skills.
