? Arrange shipment ex Xiamen for ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) drop ship customers
？ > Work with ANZ CR to get shipping list and confirm the container type
？ > Book the vessel with 3PL and follow up
？ > Contact planner for goods release
？ > Issue delivery to warehouse and follow up if any issue
？ > Print out packing list & intercompany invoice from SAP system after loading
？ > Check the BL draft
？ > Prepare export documents (packing declaration / IMO, etc)
？ > Send shipping advice to DGF AU/NZ or customer’s customs broker for clearance in timely manner
? Print and scan trade invoices to ANZ drop ship customers
? Print GCC VAT invoices and EMS to customers
? Answer service calls from GCC(Greater China Cluster) customers or field engineers, and open call in system, arrange parts delivery from APR hub and invoice to customers
? Support system transitions for rules that there are conflicts to a single person who takes care of all COS/logistics functions in one country.


Knowledge, Experiences, Skills:

? Proven customer service, trade or logistics experience and an ability to liaise with different contacts
? Good communication and problem solving skills
? Good command of oral & written English
? Independence and teamwork spirit
? Open to new processes/process improvements and good at learning
? PC skills – familiar with electronic communication and workflows (lotus notes, databases, etc), competent on Excel, Word and Power point
? SAP and Scan/IMOS experience would be an advantage
? An ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
? A pro-active and flexible attitude
? An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required
