Responsibilities:
· Parts quality data collection and analysis with suppliers.
· Drive supplier quality improvement base on performance and goal with quality management tool.
· Ensure production line to use correct and good quality parts by all kinds of means.
· Keep monitoring incoming parts quality and coordinate with Supplier Quality team to ensure supplier to maintain
stable process to support KEPS production quality requirements.
· Communication with suppliers on quality ensure, improvement, and analysis etc..
· Setup parts/info feedback process through production line to suppliers
· Involve into Parts Qualification(including sourcing change)and setup necessary process to qualify parts in NPI
phase.
· Coordinate with other departments to perform corrupt parts returning, reworking and etc. following up all CAR to
suppliers
· Periodic Assessment for Supplier Performance to meet Target Goal.
· Assistance on Quality Plan building based on Product Requirements.
· ISO & HSE follow up.

Education and Experience:
· Electronics Engineering background.
· Familiar with electronics parts quality performance.
· Good English and Chinese Communications skills
· Microsoft Excel Skills and other office software.
· Good team work and passion in work, be aggressive, integrity and big picture viewpoint
