Job Responsibilities

(1) Ensure financial statements are prepared timely and presented fairly in accordance with US GAAP & Statutory requirement;
(2) Follow Corp. control policy to ensure daily process and procedures are compliance with laws and regulations;
(3)Provide technical accounting support and decision making, especially in the areas of revenue recognition, restructuring, reserves and accruals;
(4)Review contracts to ensure accounting and policy issues are identified, accounted for and dealt with appropriately;
(5)Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries and other items associated with daily operation activities, month-end and quarter-end closing process for all China legal entities;
(6) Provide support for and coordination of audit activity and resources, both internal and external for all GCC legal entities.
(7)Be responsible for all statutory requirements in country including but not limited to financial reports, tax analysis and computation, acting as key correspondence with China tax authorities and other government authorities;
(8)Work with finance team and professional service team to meet all tax filing and other statutory requirement;
(9)Provide support to HR in payroll and SIP process.

Experience and Qualification :
(1)BS/BA degree in Accounting. CPA Certification.
(2)Strong accounting background.
(3)Demonstrated process improvement skills in accounting and process control.
(4)Solid Experience with ERP system - SAP preferred.
(5)Solid Experience with statutory accounts for China and preferably for HK as well.
(6)Good tax and legal knowledge, Solid experience in tax analysis and filing, FX control.
(7)Strong internal/external customer relationship, good communication skill
(8)Proactive and result focused.
(9)Fluent in Mandarin and English
