工作职责 Job Responsibilities：

1. MRP, Purchase planning and order processing.

2. Existing PO tracking, shipping schedule confirmation

3. Provide sales support in China and HK. Coordination between salesmen and suppliers.

4. Inventory Control, analysis, and reporting.

5. Deputy of AZ Hong Kong MM and AZ Suzhou MM

Overall Purpose 职责说明：
Purchase plan and order processing.
Existing PO tracking, shipment schedule confirmation
Material requirement maintaining in MRP.Communication w/ sales team when shipment postponed, material shortage etc.

Key Responsibilities 主要工作内容：
Purchase plan and order processing.
1) Update TG purchase plan in SAP according to latest sales forecast and received customer orders as well.2) Issue POs to AZ other plant within first 4 working days.
Existing PO tracking, shipment schedule confirmation
1) Ensure stock information and shipping schedule be informed by suppliers as agreed schedule.2) Confirmed w/ AZ other plants or their forwarders about the shipments’ situation on key date(CY closing date, ETD).3) Inform logistics Specialist, forwarders shipment arrival and support related documents preparation for custom clearance.
Material requirement maintaining in SAP.
1) Daily review MRP and adjust purchase plan for coming months if any forecast change.2) Responsible for material master data maintaining.
Communication w/ sales team when shipment postponed, material shortage etc.
1) Quick action when suppliers inform material shortage or shipment postponed.2) Inform responsible sales person shipment situation, solution and action plan.3）Support sales team if any complaint from customers.
Requirement 岗位要求： Education Background（教育程度）：College or above;

2. Working Experience（工作经验）：MM management, Im/export and bonded handling experiences will be a plus; 3. Skill（应具备之技术）： English, Excel, SAP, MRP;
