Sales Support, creative materials collection, basic client communications with foreign clients
Collection of client materials and ensuring materials are ready in accordance with company and client deadlines
Coordinating with sales and design team for client material production
Communicate and follow-up on project requirements with external contractors
Communicate with foreign clients in English and providing occasional Chinese translation during the course of their work day
Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and other related activities
Work with other internal staff to ensure that client materials are designed to the satisfaction of clients and in accordance with the company's internal requirements
Ensure the quality of work provided by outside suppliers such as translators, print shops etc. as related to the sales account managers requirements
Other various project and admin. Support roles

1 Generate weekly sales minutes reports. Communicating with foreign clients in English and providing occastional Chinese translation during the course of the work day
2 Co-ordinating meetings, travel plans, and other sales-related activities
3 Following up on payment collection with foreign and china-based clients and ensuring payments are recived in accordance with contract terms
4 Working with other internal staff to ensure that client materials are designed to the statisfaction of clients and in accordance with the company’s internal requirements
5 Ensuring the quality of work provided by outside suppliers such as translators, print shops etc. as related to the sales account managers requirements
6 Co-ordination production related activities such as page plan co-ordination, communicating sales to editor on behalf of sales team, etc.
