Job Description:
1.All kinds of customer problems / requests need to be analized and answered. Machines issues must be previously assess, in cases as mechanic or electric issues.
2. Work out customer complaints.
3. Sales of spare parts.
4. Elaborations of spare part kits.
5. Partially travels to customers.
6. Customer Consulting.
Profile:
1. Gook skills in English Speaking and Writing.
2. Completed education as a mechanic engineer.
3. Enjoy work with people, comomunicatively and reliable.
4. Safe, neat and friendly appearance.
5. Future Oriented.
6. SAP experience appreciated.
7. Location near Shanghai Jiading District appreciated.
