EUCHNER GmbH + Co. KG (Germany) is the inventor and first manufacturer of multiple limit switches in the world. Since 1953’s, the company has committed to design, development and manufacturing of safety and control equipment in the fields of machinery and automation production lines. EUCHNER China is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EUCHNER GmbH + Co. KG, and we produce and sell electro-mechanical Safety equipment, Man-machine devices, and Automation components. Since 2005, EUCHNER has established a comprehensive base in China for Purchasing, Production, Sales, Technical Support and Services.
As the company enters a new phase of development in China, we need a professional Quality Engineer (QE) to join our young and dynamic team:

Duties:
1、Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of production process; responsible for quality control and quality assurance system in accordance with the company standards based on ISO9001.
2、Definition of quality control plans in cooperation with QA department of headquarter.
3、Definition and observation of company's quality requirements in the company and with outside suppliers, cooperation closely with the Purchasing in qualifying suppliers and supplier auditing.
4、Incoming goods inspection for locally sourced components and materials either at the site of the company or the site of the supplier.
5、Definition of equipment necessary to perform the agreed incoming inspection controls.
6、Working with production to train operators in new assembly methods and new testing criteria; running the quality test and measurement equipment in the company.
7、Coordinating for all quality issues with customers, other departments and HQ in German.
8、Providing claim-analysis and 8D-failure-report to customer.
9、Applying and maintaining the quality certifications of CCC, UL. CE etc.

Qualification/Requirements:

1、 bachelor degree in industrial / electrical / mechanical.
2、Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering field, 3 years work experience in quality assurance is preferred.
3、Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) and methods.
4、Problem solving skills, communication and teamwork, logical and analytical thinking.
5、Experiences in operating ERP, SEMIRAMIS system is preferred.
6、Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
7、Experiences in MS Office (Word & Excel as a must, Access & PowerPoint).
8、Experience in using basic mechanical and electrical test equipment.
