Job Description

The successful candidate will:

· Designs testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements, relative to the test level, as defined in the technical specifications

· Executes tasks related to the production of the test plan, test cases, test scripts, and test data

· Analyzes the results of the testing process and recommends solutions

· Automate the test scripts, execute test cases

· Report and track issues, work with product development team to close issue

· Responsible for test bed and environment setup for functional, system, regression testing and problem recreation

· Strive for continuous improvements in testing methodologies and productivity

· Report regularly to the R&D Manager with status updates and progress towards specific test milestones

· Adhere to the company’s test processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skillset

Education:

· Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related technology major

Essential:

· 3+ years previous working experience in software testing

· Good knowledge of SQA processes and practices

· Black-box/white-box and automation test experience

· Extensive experience in software quality engineering, validation and verification techniques, testing theory

· Fluency in Mandarin written and oral

Desirable:

· Banking/Financial Systems experience such as Bank GL, Hyperion, Oracle Financial Suite, SAP

· Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Scripts

· Familiarity with QC, QTP, Loadrunner

· Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
