Position Objective:

As a member of the sales support team, the product manager focus on driving key partner's product promotion for both headquarter and branch level in China wide, and ensure the activities with best practices to be implemented to maximize overall productivity, profitability and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

New product promotion and existing products maintenance 70%

Develop and implement new product strategy and maintain existing product coutrywide to support business sustainable growth

1.Develop & implement new product strategy with product marketing

2.Develop new offerings through product approval process & governance

3.Supervise and maintain existing products enhances or withdraws as required

4.Manage all aspects of product profitability, from effectiveness of sales to cost, delivery and quality manage product performance against benchmark for insurance products

5.Agree clear product, financial budgets and key deliveries and tracks results

6.Develop up-to-market and feasible sales tools for front line people and ensure the effectiveness

Support to sales team and product knowledge/sales Training 30%

1.Provide product-related knowledge/sales training to both bank partners and our sales force properly in China according to AIA internal and external guideline and requirement

2. Provide proactive support to the sales team to create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of working experience in foreign/local banks or insurance company and at least 3 years in the area of product management, channel development etc.

2. Proficiency in English

3. Strong interpersonal skills and good team player

4. Able to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines

5. Detail-orientated and posses strong market acumen
