Quality Control Coordinator


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
1. 0 Line Operation 生产线操作
a) Be responsible for daily operation of the CSB extrusion line;
负责对CSB挤出线日常操作
b) Performs daily checks on equipment using the appropriate checklist and where necessary informs the HTC Plant Manager or HTC Technical Manager of any inconsistencies requiring modification, replacement, adjustment, or change to PM procedures. As directed maintains, replaces or repairs parts or components;
使用合适的设备点检表进行每日点检，如有任何的修改，替换，调整或者改变必须通知工厂经理或者HTC技术经理进行PM程序的修改。
b) Maintains all relevant quality records in order to be in compliance with established standards with the Quality Procedures Manual.
维护所有相关的质量记录以便创建质量程序手册标准。
c) Disassembles and reassembles dies and extruders for cleaning and maintenance.
清洗并维护拆卸和重新安装的挤出口型。
d) Maintains inventory accuracy by labelling and accounting for material.
维护库存准确并对材料进行盘点
e) Maintains a clean and organised workplace to ensure processes run efficiently and product is defect free.
维护整洁有规划的工作产所并确保过程运行有效和产品无缺陷。
f) Works on special projects in the manufacturing areas as required.
工作在特定的制造区域。
g) Packages all finished parts to approved packaging methods and standards.
所有产品的包装需要符合包装指导和标准。
h) Troubleshooting of process and equipment as required.
过程和设备在线解决
i) Maintaining process controls ; through the use of problem solving, strive to improve output, reduce scrap and costs of the extrusion process;
维护过程控制：通过使用解决问题，努力改进输出，减少报废和挤出过程成本
j) Participates in CSB team meetings in order to suggest operating improvements, and acts upon suggestions that may optimize efficient production of quality product.
按照CSB团队会议建议改进并优化产品质量的有效生产。

2. 0 Inspection & Testing检验&测试
a) Performs incoming inspection of raw material, supplies as required.
执行供应商提供的原材料进货检验
b) Using electronic, analog and digital gauges measures raw material or product to determine conformance.
使用量具检测原材料和产品是否合格
c) Visually inspects products and compares to established standards to determine conformance.
检验产品外观是否符合标准要求
d) Puts products that are suspected of being non-conforming on hold.
将待判定或不合格产品放置在不良品区域
e) Maintains SPC graphs and makes process adjustments based on negative trends.
根据动态图标维护SPC并进行过程调整
f) maintains and updates the HTC calibration program ensures all equipment and devices requiring calibration is tested in a timely fashion
维护并更新HTC校验并确保所有的设备和量具都被准时校验
4. 0 Reports & Administration & Other Related Duties报告，行政和其他相关职责
a) Maintains all quality records in order to be in compliance with established standards with the Quality Procedures Manual.
维护所有质量程序手册中的质量记录表，并符合标准要求
b) Completes final inspection reports, inventory accuracy reports and productivity reports.
完成最终检验报告，库存盘点报告和生产报告
c) Prepares Certificates of Quality as required.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
重要条件
? Completion of college or university education / polytechnic school or other equivalent to CQT designation. Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or equivalent is preferred
大学本科毕业/材料学或CQT设计相关。 认证质量技术员或者相同水平
? High mechanical aptitude.
机械能力倾向
? A high degree of hand eye coordination is required.

? Proven ability in inspection and testing in an ISO 9000 accredited manufacturing company.

? Understand process control method; be familiar with SPC, flow chart, and have the competence of problem analysis and problem resolving.

? Good computer keyboard input skills;

? Ability to work independently and make decisions with little supervision.

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage

? Ability to find logical causes and solutions for out of specification conditions.

? Able to communicate in English would be considered an asset
