BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Implement product and process quality management activities to ensure product meet Haworth's quality requirements;
2. Conduct product and process quality planning, preventative and corrective action through out the whole product realization value stream.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Conduct product and process quality planning, PFMEA and Control Plan;
2. Participate the design review and manufacturing process working instruction review;
3. Make inspection working instruction;
4. Conduct process audit to assure continued compliance within the operation;
5. Make process non-conformity goods disposal;
6. Carry out process problem statistics and analysis, customer failure analysis, and drive improvement.
RELATIONSHIPS
1. Internal Customers: Frequent contact with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistic and other Quality Assurance members, including all levels of management;
2. External Customers: Frequent contact with customers.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Major in Mechanical related, Bachelor Degree, more than four years' working experience;
2. A certified quality engineer and has quality management system and process audit experience;
3. Strong experience of product quality management; be familiar with mechanical machining, powder coating, welding and assembly processes quality control;
4. Must be resourceful and tenacious in developing and implementing ideas for improvement;
5. Very good Project Management skills;
6. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, PPAP and MSA tools' application;
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
8. Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Project Management, etc.).
