I. BROAD FUNCTION:主要职能

Be responsible for all security and safety issues within the plant to prevent accident happening, and maintain a safety working environment.

Report to Plant Manager.

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责

· Developing, implementing, monitoring and updating the company information security and safety policies and procedures.

· Initialing facilitating and promoting activities to foster information security and safety awareness within the plant.

· Conducting security and safety training on regular basis to the employees.

Security

· Managing the security guards to assure them work efficiently complying with company standard.

· Monitoring and supervising the security systems and force.

· Monitoring security performance of relevant stations and departments. Initiating preventive and corrective actions to improve security performance.

· Establishing and maintain good relationship with local security authority for dealing with security issues.

Safety (Environment /Health)

· Organizing and coordinating safety committee within the plant; Coordinating with the departments to ensure all safety measures are taken.

· Conducting internal and external safety audits. Providing materials for site safety report and suggestions for safety action plan.

· Maintaining safety documents and records, and produce effective statistical information.

· Maintaining Incident Reporting System.

· Implementing all the health and environment measures at all the facilities.

· Coordination for the external parties, customers, local authorities in the scope of the EHS related activities.

· Any additional activities assigned by supervisor

III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE教育，技能和经验

1. College or above degree.

2. More than 5 years experience in the field of plant security & safety. Familiar with SA8000, ISO 14000 & 18000 system.

3. Good interpersonal, communication skills to work with plant personnel and good presentation skill

4. Be capable to read, write and communicate in English.

5. Computer skills (outlook, office, etc.)

6. EHS comprehensive knowledge is preferred.
