- 10+ years experience in leading the production of technical documentation for hotels, large-scale workplaces and retail environments, leading multiple teams of CAD support

- Good knowledge of local building code

- Experienced in coordinating documentation packages with LDIs, SMEP consultants. Lighting, AV and acoustic consultants

- Considerable site experience and ability to liaise between the main contractor and the design team

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Experience in coordinating outsource documentation support

- Good knowledge of technical detailing

- Expert in Autocad. Experience with BIM modeling, Skecthup and Rhino an advantage
