职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Develop and implement business sales strategy and commercial action plans to achieve sales, profit objectives
2.Manages sales funnel and guarantee the sales plans is processed and sales goals is achieved with the sales team
3.Take charge of daily business development for potential key account in target market
4.Be responsible for daily client communication and management, maintain good relationship with exist client
5.Responsible for costs controlling, control the sales cost, financial risk, the credit control; make the cost plan, and offer the reasonable suggestions.
6.Conduct market research and make competitive annual business plan
7.Setting standard business processes, to ensure that the sales staff are qualified by method of coaching and training, etc.

2.Working closely with operation team and technical team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree or above (Master preferred)
2.At least 5years'BD or sales leadership experience in the call center or Internet industry
3.At least 22years'working experience in multinational company
4.Working knowledge of International and Chinese Internet companies, mobile equipment providers, and HK mobile carriers
5.A self-disciplined person who is organized and able to work with minimum supervision
6.A pro-active and a can-do attitude with strong entrepreneurial spirit
7.Strong sales presentation skills with very good inter-personal relationship skills
8.Fluent English both in spoken and written
