Primary objective of the position_ The position requires a creative leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently managing projects to ensure they meet both the financial and design requirements of HASSELL.
Key Personal Attributes_Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and a proven ability to form partnerships, motivate, enthuse and drive individuals_Excellent communication and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate ideas, issues, systems and procedures successfully at all levels to a variety of audiences_Can build a positive team environment_Can mentor others and is a positive role model
Key Skills and ExperienceThe following skills and experience are desirable:_A qualification in Landscape Architecture_At least 8 -10 years experience _Creative design talent & commitment to development of a strong design culture_Has received award recognition from professional and/or other organisations_Has completed a project where a significant design input was recognised_Strong skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments_Ability to set clear standards and expectations and ensure their delivery_A proven ability to win and manage work profitably _Ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained time-scales and resources in the light of competing pressures_Experience in Mainland China and Mandarin language ability an advantage
