Main Mission

§ Handle system administration and network under the IT manager’s supervision

§ Help desk

§ Creating and updating of procedures

1. System administration

§ Make sure that network and hardware are working efficiently

§ Troubleshoot when issues arise

§ Organize regular maintenance of network

§ Take part in defining and updating process and documentation

2. Helpdesk

§ Manage IT helpdesk functions (installation of new hardware, printers…)

§ Troubleshoot when issues arise

§ Organize regular maintenance of computers

3. Email / Software Administration

§ Manage emails accounts for all entities / staff / students

§ Manage administration of any other software

4. Training

§ Train people on outlook / office suite / Skydrive use

§ Define and update documentation

Other tasks

In accordance with the employee, the management can assign other projects than the ones listed in the Job Description.

Profile

• Native Chinese
• Good proficiency of written and oral English
• Master degree in Networking / IT Administration / IT system / Information Technology (International education is a plus)
• 2/3 year experience in IT systems / applications
• Experience in team work
• Well organized / Problem solving oriented / Fast learner / Willing to perform
